Welcome to my page where I hope to promote Physical Education! I am a PE teacher working here at Theresa Primary! I also coach Modified Football and Varsity Lacrosse. I wouldn't choose any other profession or career if I could. Physical Education is extremely important in a child's life and it is sad knowing that many states, schools, and parents neglect the importance of PE classes.

Physical Education classes are crucial the development of children. They have a huge impact on the health and well-being of children that carries into adulthood. Through physical education, students learn various ways to move and stay active as well as proper health behaviors such as proper diet, exercise, and health and hygiene habits!
